The following data are collected and recorded on this website:
Personal data
We will not collect any personal data via our website without your consent. Only you decide whether or not you want to disclose details such as name, address, telephone number, etc.
We require your personal data in order to answer your query or to process your request (e.g. membership application to the AOC). The personal data that are passed on to the individual responsible for their processing are determined by the input form in question.
Technical data
Technical data are automatically recorded on our IT systems when you visit our website. These are primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of page view). These data are recorded automatically, as soon as you arrive on our website. The following data are stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information transferred regarding the operating system and browser. These usage data form the basis for statistical, anonymous analyses.
Analytics and third-party tools
When visiting our website, statistical analyses may be made of your surfing behavior. This happens primarily using cookies and analytics. The analysis of your surfing behavior is usually anonymous, i.e. we will not be able to identify you from this data (See section 7).

The personal data entered by the affected person are collected and stored exclusively for internal use and for our own purposes. .
We use your personal data exclusively in order to provide you with information and services which you have requested.
6 Data security
In order to protect the security of your data during transfer, we employ state-of-the-art encryption processes (SSL) using HTTPS.
In close collaboration with our hosting providers we endeavor to protect the databases as well as possible from unauthorized access, losses, misuse or forgery.
7 Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies, i.e. text files stored on your computer, to enable analysis of website usage by you. Information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. In case of activated IP anonymization on this website, however, your IP address is previously truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases is a full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our website, compile reports about website activities, and provide us with further services related to website and Internet usage. The IP address sent from your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data by Google.
